Where someone is in immediate danger or urgent medical help is needed, contact the appropriate emergency service instead of waiting for a platform response.

Before choosing an activity

• Read the provider profile and current session information.
• Ask the provider about safeguarding, supervision, qualifications, insurance and collection arrangements.
• Confirm who will be responsible for the participant and what adults may remain on site.
• Do not rely on a badge, review or directory listing as your only check.

Submitting a concern

Signed-in Parents can use the private safeguarding area. Provide clear factual information, avoid unnecessary sensitive detail and identify immediate risk. Reports are restricted to authorised Administrator workflows and are not shown publicly.

Platform action

Sport Near Me may request information, preserve records, restrict a provider, unpublish sessions or refer a matter where appropriate. The platform does not replace the responsibilities of providers, parents, statutory agencies or emergency services.
