Provider Responsibility Declaration

By creating or adding a Provider workspace, I confirm on behalf of the provider that:

• I am authorised to create, claim or manage the provider profile.
• Organisation, venue, activity, session, price, availability and contact information will be accurate and kept current.
• The provider is responsible for appropriate recruitment, supervision, qualifications, insurance, risk management and safeguarding arrangements.
• Any verification evidence supplied will be genuine, current and related to the correct organisation or person.
• The provider will handle participant information confidentially and use it only for legitimate activity delivery and administration.
• The provider will record registrations and attendance honestly and will not manipulate reviews, demand information or public ratings.
• Material incidents, cancellations, venue changes, restrictions or safeguarding concerns will be handled promptly and communicated appropriately.
• Sport Near Me may suspend or unpublish information that is unsafe, misleading, expired, disputed or inconsistent with platform rules.

Acceptance is stored with the account, policy version, time and security metadata.
